The granting of educational financial aid (scholarship) to financially disadvantaged university students is the objective that the José Fernandes de Araújo Foundation has pursued since its beginning on June 18, 1980. In its history, it has benefited more than 6,000 students.
For the granting of Educational Financial Aid, criteria such as the proven lack and the good academic performance are observed.
Students enrolled from the second semester can apply for the aid in the most diverse courses on Superior Education. The aid is renewed each semester, when the student must present updated documents and attend the Foundation.
